There are a number of golf tee time discount schemes available but 2-FORE!-1 is probably the most recognised scheme in the UK.
What is 2-FORE!-1?
2-FORE!-1 is the UK’s largest golf voucher scheme. As the name suggests, the vouchers means you can play at any of the 700+ golf courses which take part in the scheme at a price where – you guessed it – two play for the price of one.
Essentially this means you pay half price green fees (minus the cost of the voucher)!
How does it work?
The 2-FORE!-1 scheme is UK wide, so you can play some of the best courses in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales at 50% off.
All you need to do is:
- Search for a golf club that participates in the scheme (all our golf course listings show the 2-FORE!-1 logo if the course accepts the vouchers)
- Go to the 2-FORE!-1 website and buy a voucher (usually £3.50 but you can buy in bulk and save)
- Book your tee time with the golf club and show them the voucher on the day of play

But how do I save even more?
If you’re looking to regularly play at golf courses where the 2-FORE!-1 vouchers are accepted, you may be able to save even more money by buying in bulk. You can buy anything from 1 – 20 vouchers and the more you buy the more you save – down to £1.80 per voucher.
If you’re an extremely keen bean, you can potentially save even more by getting a 2-FORE!-1 membership.
6 month (£59) and 12 month (£99) memberships are available which essentially means that you can get half price golf all year round.
