Chalgrave Manor first opened in 1994 and is built on almost 150 acres of rolling Bedfordshire countryside. Located just 2 minutes from Junction 11A or 12 of the M1 and the A5 trunk road just a couple of minutes away the club has fantastic access from a number of nearby areas. The course drops 35 metres from top to bottom, with a number of doglegs, sloped fairways and greens and large areas dividing holes. The golf course presents a challenge to all levels of golfers, with wide fairways for higher handicappers, but accuracy and careful course management required for a low handicapper to score well. The greens drain freely, allowing golf to be played on them throughout the year.
