Course overview
Long Ashton Golf Club is set in 220 acres of mature wooded parkland just 10 minutes from Bristol City Centre.
The club is one of Bristol's premier golf clubs, with fantastic views over Bristol and the Somerset countryside. The course is varied, with no two holes playing or looking the same, and there are some great holes that will test even the best golfers. The 8th hole is a real risk and reward hole, where you can be tempted into trying to drive the green and risk the surrounding out of bounds. Or you can play safe and try to protect your card!
Overall it’s very well maintained, beautifully presented and features greens which are renowned for being fast and true, meeting USGA specifications.
The club dates back to 1893 and has a very welcoming Clubhouse with a great atmosphere and freshly prepared food. They also have some of the best practice facilities in the region which are the envy of nearby clubs.
