Bristol & Clifton Golf Club is located just 20 minutes to the east of Bristol city centre.
It’s a beautifully mature and undulating parkland course measuring in at 6,413 yards with a par of 70. The course plays firm and fast, with a reputation for fast greens (they regularly reach over 11 on the stimpmeter). The course is free draining, meaning even in winter, or very wet conditions, the course very rarely closes or operates with winter tees and winter greens.
Bristol & Clifton Golf Club is not only recognised as one of the best golf courses in Bristol, but in the country, regularly hosting England Golf events. The club recently celebrated its 125th anniversary and even staged the English Women's Open Championship to celebrate.
Visitors are welcome at Bristol & Clifton. The championship course is open to visitors on weekdays and in the afternoon on weekends.
