Course overview
Dudsbury Golf Club is set in 160 acres of beautiful Dorset countryside near Bournemouth, rolling gently down to the River Stour.
The course is a 6,904 yard, par 71 championship course designed by Donald Steel (who provided the master plan for the modern St Andrews). It’s one of the best courses in Bournemouth, with USGA specification sand-based greens that drain well and are playable all year round. They are regularly protected by large bunkers and water hazards that golfers must navigate.
The clubhouse has an elevated, south facing position which provides superb panoramic views of the nearby countryside and the many streams meander gently through the course.
The course has been selected as the venue for many prestigious events, including the PGA Europro Tour as seen on Sky Sports, the BMW PGA Order of Merit Championship, as well as the EGU McGregor Tournament and England Champion Club.
