Fulford Golf Club sits just outside the historic city of York and is widely regarded as not just one of the best golf courses in York, but one of Yorkshire's finest golf courses. The course hosted no less than 23 consecutive European Tour events from 1970's - 1990's in a stint which put the course on the global golfing map with a number of Ryder Cup players taking part in what was the Benson & Hedges tournament. In 2019, the club is set to host the R&A Girls U16 Amateur Championship for the second consecutive year. An excellent parkland course steeped in history, Fulford Golf Club is well worth a visit.
